Heh.
I was thinking of updating my site with some old and new pictures of projects i have been working on. So i thought of updating everything. that did not work as well as hoped. Note to self, do not update the wordpress core files without updating everything else first.
First cause for concern was when everything went white. “That can’t be good”. After refreshing the site numerus times and it was still white, I went to search Google. And alas I found what I was looking for, why it was happening.
Second cause for concern was that I had accidentally deleted the e-mail that contained all the ftp/mail information for my site. so after a few head bashing moment on my desk. I went to search for my login information. It was an annoying search but I found what I was looking for.
Apparently it was my old theme that was causing all this trouble. I had to manually download it and reinstall it over the old one using ftp.
All is well that end well. Now it is time to get everything else up to date.
